MAFS, offers an aluminium formwork construction system that has been developed and successfully used to form cast-in-place reinforced concrete structures.

It is a system for organising and controlling the work of construction, such as steel reinforcement, concrete placement, mechanical and electrical conduits.

Using our aluminium formwork solutions, all building components can be cast in a single operation, including walls, floor slabs, columns and beams, stairs, window hoods, balconies, and various decorative features in exact accordance with the architects’ design.

The system is fast, simple, and very cost-effective. It is unique because it forms all of the concrete in a building, including the dimensional accuracy of the concrete work, which also results in the consistent fitting of doors and windows. The smooth, off-form finish of the concrete removed the need for costly plastering.

Aluminium formwork gives consistent concrete shapes and finishes that are obtained floor after floor. This allows all fittings like electrical and plumbing to be pre-fabricated with the certain knowledge that there will be an exact fit when assembled.

Unlike other construction systems, the Formwork System of aluminium forms can be erected by unskilled labour without the need for hoisting cranes. The largest panel weighs no more than 30 kg, which means it can be handled by a single worker.

Doors and window openings are also incorporated. The structure is strong and accurate in its dimensions and results in a high-quality surface finish with only the minimum required for final surface finishing.

CUPLOCK LEDGER (HORIZONTAL)

Made out of 40mm, N.B. ‘M’ or ‘H’ Tubes confirming to I.S. 1161/I.S. 1239 grade – YST 210/240 with forged blades at the ends. Ledgers manufactured by MCE are of the sizes as mentioned below. Basic futures of Cuplock Ledgers are: Minimum projection of blades avoid damages in handling and uniform dimension makes the cup joint rigid.
